From Loss to Life: Rising from the Ashes

WIDOWS RETREAT | NOVEMBER 4th - 9th 2025 | ISLA MUJERES

Everyone Gives You Permission to Grieve... But Who Gives You Permission to Live Again?

You’ve made it through the hardest days. You’ve carried the weight of grief, the unspoken questions, and the quiet wondering: Where do I go from here? What is life supposed to look like now? Will I ever truly feel alive again?

The future you planned—the dreams, the life you imagined—suddenly shifted. And while grief may never fully fade, something in you is stirring. A longing. A readiness. A knowing that you were made for more than just making it through.

As widows who have not only survived but are thriving, we understand. We know the pain, the process, and the courage it takes to step forward. And we also know this:  YES—life can be not only happy, but truly good. Different than you imagined, yet still beautifully good.

Your purpose existed before your husband. And one of the most powerful ways to honor his legacy is by moving forward with that purpose—not just surviving but truly living.

If you're ready to embark on our journey to life, join Dr. Tony Robinson and guest facilitator Candice Frye for The Peak, an all-inclusive retreat designed exclusively for widows ready to live again.

For five nights and four days in the stunning sanctuary of Isla Mujeres, Mexico, you’ll be surrounded by seven other widows who understand—women like you, who know that honoring their husband doesn’t mean staying stuck. That the greatest way to honor love is by choosing to live.

This retreat isn’t about finding all the answers. It’s about creating space to imagine what’s next.
The Peak is not a grief retreat. It’s not about looking back. It’s about moving forward and reclaiming life—standing in newfound strength, embracing purpose, and rediscovering who you are beyond loss.

This is your invitation. Come as you are. Leave with hope, clarity, and the knowing that your story isn’t over. It's just beginning.

The Experience

The Peak is a sacred space where grief is honored, but life is reclaimed. Here, you will find

  • Connection & Community:  Becoming a widow can feel like being thrown into a sorority you never asked to join. It’s a reality no one prepares you for.  At The Peak, you’ll be surrounded by women who understand—widows who refuse to be defined by loss and are actively choosing to live again. This is a sisterhood built on life, not loss—one that fosters joy, renewal, and the courage to step forward with strength.

  • Processing Residual Grief: Grief doesn’t just disappear, but it doesn’t have to hold you back. This retreat offers a space to acknowledge and release what lingers, to make peace with what was, so you can fully embrace what’s ahead. Through guided discussions, intentional experiences, and gentle but powerful exercises, you will gain the tools to move forward—without guilt.

  • Rediscovering You: You had a life before loss. And you still have a life after it.  The Peak is about rediscovering yourself—your passions, your dreams, and the strength that has always been inside you. Through reflection, empowerment exercises, and breakthrough moments, you’ll begin to rebuild—not as it was, but as it is meant to be.

  • A Vision for What’s Next: Your story is still being written. The Peak is about looking ahead—not just with hope but with action. Whether it’s re-engaging with your purpose, setting new goals, or simply allowing yourself to dream again, this retreat will help you step into the future that’s waiting for you.
